• How many sessions should I expect attending?

  There isn't a specific pre-intended number of sessions, it is a case by case. 

• Do I need a referral letter to consult a HELPS therapist?

  You do not need a referral letter, nevertheless during your first consultation session, additional information might be required. You shall discuss it with one of our consultants. 

• I don't know what I need, is it possible to book a consultation session?
